HI ROSEMARY I HAVE A QUESTION ? Now that Ive got my puckering problem resolved, I have another quick question: I am having trouble getting the placement of my applique correct (not the centering part, the often times the applique is too low on the shirt), and sometimes the size is not what I anticipated, so it ends up being too small or too large. Since your attaching the entire piece of fabric and then doing your tack down and cutting excess, how do you cut out the middle without cutting your base fabric? I draw out what Im going to use on the paper side, iron it on my fabric, cut my design (this helps save on wasting too much of the heat n bond) and then when you flip it to be ironed on its ready to go. The easiest way is to print out the page on regular printer paper, put the Heatn Bond on top of it and trace the shapes.
